Nuestra Fundaci\u00f3n apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n en intervenci\u00f3n social<\/strong><\/span> mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de proyectos orientados a promover el bienestar, el desarrollo y la plena inserci\u00f3n social y laboral de personas y de colectivos en situaci\u00f3n de exclusi\u00f3n, riesgo o desventaja social.<\/p>

Es un conjunto de acciones y de proyectos que est\u00e1n dirigidos a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y los colectivos<\/strong> que se encuentran en situaciones de vulnerabilidad<\/strong> o necesidad<\/strong>. Su objetivo principal es promover el desarrollo personal y social mediante la identificaci\u00f3n y la atenci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas espec\u00edficas. La elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos de intervenci\u00f3n social implica la participaci\u00f3n de diversos profesionales<\/strong>\u00a0como trabajadores sociales, educadores sociales, psic\u00f3logos y terapeutas ocupacionales.<\/p>

Estos equipos trabajan de manera coordinada para dise\u00f1ar y ejecutar programas adaptados<\/strong> a las caracter\u00edsticas de los colectivos destinatarios. Los proyectos suelen desarrollarse siguiendo diferentes fases:<\/p>

  • Diagn\u00f3stico.<\/strong> Permite recopilar informaci\u00f3n y analizar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>
  • Dise\u00f1o o planificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Se establecen los objetivos y se define el plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/li>
  • Ejecuci\u00f3n y seguimiento.<\/strong> Se implementan las medidas previstas.<\/li>
  • Evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Analiza los resultados obtenidos y permite realizar ajustes si es necesario.<\/li><\/ul>
